Hold more than one account and switch without logging out, assign a brief to a teammate, and a quieter round of security + sign-in fixes.

A batch of workflow improvements. If you wear more than one hat — submitter on one brand, approver on another, agency on a third — you can now link those accounts and switch between them without logging out, each one labelled with its brand and role. On the queues, you can assign a brief to a specific teammate (or invite someone by email) so everyone knows who owns it, with a 'My assigned' filter to find your own. Sign-in and access pages got clearer when something's wrong. And under the hood, your session is now held more securely.
For everyone
Link multiple accounts and switch without logging out
If you belong to more than one workspace or role, add your other accounts from the profile menu and switch between them in one tap. Each row shows its brand and role — 'Approver · Pepsi', 'Agency · Northstar' — so you always know where you're about to land.
Clearer sign-in and access pages
When a link opens to the wrong account or a page you can't see yet, the page now says plainly what's happening and what to do next, instead of leaving you on a silent form. Signed-in-but-no-access now points you to a short guide.
A more secure session
Behind the scenes, your sign-in session is now held in a way that scripts on the page can't read — a standard hardening that protects your account. You won't notice anything different day to day.
For approvers
Assign a brief to a teammate
On the queue, assign any brief to a specific person — pick a teammate or invite someone by email. An 'Assigned to' label shows who owns it, they get a notification, and a 'My assigned' filter narrows the queue to yours. It's an ownership label, not a lock — everyone still sees and can act on the brief.
For agencies
Assign a brief to a teammate
Same on the agency queue: assign work to a specific operator (or invite one by email), see who owns what at a glance, and filter to 'My assigned'. Nothing is locked — the whole team still sees the shared queue.
