What's new
Your personal workspace
A private brief machine for every signed-in user. Write, refine with AI, and export polished briefs — no team, no waiting, no invite needed.
Released
Everyone now has a Personal workspace — your own private space to write a brief, refine it with AI, and export it as a polished PDF, entirely on your own. There's no hand-off and no waiting: the moment you create a brief it's ready to refine and export. Find it any time under your profile menu → Personal workspace. And if you sign in with your organisation's single sign-on without an invite, you no longer hit a wall — you land straight in your personal workspace and can start working immediately.
For everyone
Write and export briefs entirely on your own
Open Personal workspace from your profile menu, hit Create brief, and it's done the moment you create it — refine any section with AI, then export the PDF. No approver, no queue, no waiting.
A form with nothing in your way
The personal brief form asks only for a title and a description. No department to pick, no urgency to set — those belong to team workflows. Want to organise by project anyway? An optional 'Organize into departments' link is right there.
Sign in with SSO — no invite required
If your organisation uses single sign-on, you can now sign in even before anyone invites you. You'll land in your personal workspace and can start writing briefs straight away. Your team access simply adds on top whenever an invite arrives.
For approvers
One login can now wear two hats
The same email can be both a submitter and an approver on a brand — no more juggling two accounts. The one safety rule: you can never approve a brief you submitted yourself; another approver has to make that call.
For agencies
Invites are open by default
New brands no longer block invites behind an approved-domain list. Invite anyone by email; if you want to restrict invites to certain domains (like @yourcompany.com), add them right on the invite screen.
