Choose how a workspace works when you create it, invite the agency that delivers for you, and let teammates on your email domain ask to join.

Most teams here work on their own briefs, some hand work to an agency, and everyone kept asking how to tell the two apart. Now you choose when you create a workspace — and if you work with an agency, you invite them yourself with nothing more than their name and their admin's email. Teammates whose work email is already on your approved list can ask to join instead of waiting on someone to remember them.
For everyone
Pick what kind of workspace you're creating
Creating a workspace now asks whether your team does the work or an agency delivers it. You get a plain description of each before you commit, and you can change your mind later — nothing is deleted either way.
Activity shows arrivals, not just departures
The workspace Activity log already recorded people leaving. It now records people joining too — invited or approved — so the record of who's on the team is complete.
Every workspace now says how it works
Workspaces that were set up to route work to an agency but never used one have been switched to internal, so the screens match how you actually work. Anything that was mid-flight with an agency came back to your review untouched — content, versions, plans and history all intact.
For approvers
Invite the agency that delivers for you
In a workspace with an agency, Settings now asks who delivers. Pick an agency you already work with, or invite a new one with their name and their admin's email. Anything you send while they're still joining is waiting for them the moment they arrive.
Briefs can't get lost on their way out
If a workspace works with an agency but hasn't chosen one yet, sending is paused with a note telling you exactly where to fix it — instead of a brief quietly going nowhere.
Teammates on your email domain can ask to join
If someone's work email matches a domain you've approved for the workspace, they'll see it when they sign in and can ask to join. You approve or decline from Invite Team — nobody gets in on a domain match alone.
For submitters
Find the workspace you're meant to be in
Signed in but not in a workspace yet? If your email domain matches one, it now appears with a "Request to join" button, so you're not stuck waiting for someone to remember to invite you.
